And so the night before, we came back real late, the boy and i refused to get up so early just for theme park. While my eyes were still closed, i can hear everyone slowly wake and prepare for the day. One by one. And each time they were about to leave the room, someone else wakes and they ended waiting for that person. So i guess they took quite a long while before they actually manage to set off. lmao ! Funny. They even asked us both if we sure we aint gonna wake, cause someone just had to wake whenever they were leaving.
But nah, we waved them off and continued sleeping. Finally woke around 2pm or so and slowly got ready, showered and stuffs and its off to grab some food!
We had Marybrown’s for lunch ! Yum. i like! I know it’s not spectacular but i kinda like it somehow. Comfort food. heh. :/
After that, we went to find the rest at the theme park. Played a few rides.. Been a long time since i took such rides. Think i lost my guts for such rides. But then, it wasnt that bad, maybe then again, i didnt take those crazy 38947932479 storeys roller coaster type of rides. heh. Ms VegeLover sat out most of the rides cause she didnt dare to take them. So she somewhat became our bag holder. Opps. :X I sat out one of the rides as well since i played it before and you have to pay separately for it, it’s not part of the theme park package. Tsk. Aint gonna pay 10RM just for a min of thrill. :P
It rained suddenly suppppppper heavily while we were at this game booth. End up spending quite some time there trying to win prizes and watching others trying to win as well. Ah well, got myself a little bear. Wasnt that bad i guess. *mutters* Would have been better if i got that bear that was even bigger than i am.. blah.
Haha! this is my nekked bear. The boy thinks its cute. Was deciding between this and others which had clothes or ribbons around their necks. Yeah, so somehow this little nekked bear ended home with us. lol.
And yea, that’s my pink jacket in the background. Didnt wear it that much. Wished it was colder though. Sigh.
After that, the boy, Ms Vegelover and i went back up to the room to washup while the rest continued on at the indoor theme park. Went back down to look for them for dinner but we couldnt decide on a place since we aint sure if the place that they wanted to try out had food for Mr Vegelover. So we decided to split up and Ms Vegelover, the boy and i went off to search for some other place to eat. Ended up at Shanghai 10. Major bad decision, service was bad but tolerable if the food is decent BUT the food hell sucked. I cannot tolerate bad food, its like i might as well cooked maggi mee and it will 100% taste better than what we ordered. Such an insult to my taste buds.
The egg fried rice that came first was such a turn off that i lost my appetite. Looks plain, taste plain. I think even my dog can cook better than that. Tried to eat a few mouthful and i gave up after that.
Cold chicken soup served, told the waitress that it’s a little too cold for comfort and she was like *touch bowl* “Cold meh?!” and then took it away while muttering how fucking busy she was blahblahblah.., but the bloody place aint even full house. Like hello?! Can i fcking throw the soup in your face just so that you can feel how cold is it since obviously the sense in your hands aint working properly.
*fuming* The more i think about it, the more annoyed i feel. Heh. So we ended up at trust old town white coffee to have a nice cuppa coffee and i ordered peanut butter toast bread which tasted heavenly compared to the shitty meal we had earlier. Oh, it’s my first time drinking coffee as well. Heh. Wasnt thaaat bad, but i still prefer tea. :D Oh yeah, Old town had like free wifi but i realise it only works well when they are like not many people left in the wee hours. Haha! Guess too many people fighting for wifi kills it. lol.
Didint go to the casino this time round since the boy aint feeling too well. So the few of them headed to try their luck for the last night in Genting while the rest of us just relax at the hotel room. By 1am, almost all of them were sleeping! yikes. Didnt know what to do since i was still quite awake, guess the coffee only worked for me eh? Dont see it having any effect on the boy or Ms Vegelover. LOL! The happy couple were sleeping as well and Mrs Happy was sick, down with fever. Poor girl. Sucks to be down with illness on a trip. :(
The crazy ones who went to the casino came back close to 6am. What endurance! 2 nights in a row. Even buddy’s gf aka Ms SleepyAlways endured till 6am! Guess it’s cause it’s the last night there after all and everyone just wanted to try their luck and win more. hehe. :X
