So this time, we made our way up to Genting to hide from the crazy weather over here. There was a total of 9 of us. Would have been 10 if Mr Perth didnt bail out last minute. *shrugs*
Anyway the night before we left, the boy and Ms Vegelover came over to my place and nap the moment they got here. -_-; Suddenly they were awake around midnight, citing hunger pangs. sheese. or rather the boy was the one whose exclaiming he was hungry. oookays. So off we went, to maccies nearby. The sister joined us as well. And soon came Jungleboy to join us at maccies! He must be either damn bored or he really missed us all, cause before meeting us at maccies, he was with the buddy at another maccies having tea. lol. wth. i know. I know you miss us. lololol.
Then the Happy couple came to pick us at 3am and we went to meet the rest at Pioneer to settle our white cards, walkie talkies before setting off. (Note: The happy couple is known as such cause they named their car “Mr Happy”. haha!) Yea, as you have guessed, Jungleboy drove with us to pioneer before going back home. aww. Then again, he should have drove with us to the causeway and then u-turn home riggght! Might as well! =X rofl.
Okay, and so helllllo MY!
Met up with the older MY twins at the first petrol station after we crossed the causeway. The other twin, the boy and I sat in her car. And off we go! 4 cars in total. 14 pax. Not much off a excitement, the usual long drives, occasional rest stops for toilet breaks and random hard brakings cause of annoying heavy vehicles that decide to switch lane just cause they felt like it and the sounds of other even faster cars zooming past, okays, not that many. :/ and a slight panic moment for the buddy cause he thought mr happy fell asleep at the wheel, but nah he didnt. Bread story. lol.
As usual, we stopped at “half-hill” area on the way up to Genting for breakfast. Till now i never knew whats the exact name of the place, since they always call it Ban-Shan (half-hill) lol.

The breakfast that most of them ordered. I shared a little with the boy since i wasn’t that hungry. I was more of sleepy in fact. :/
We arrived way too early for check-in. So we went to maccies, like yet again, to sit and wait it out. My gawd. sitting there makes me feel sleepy. And the crazy boy ordered ice cream so early in the morning. Nuts! Luckily he didnt get tummy upset or anything. lol

Waited a while before we can actually check-in, after maccies, we walked about, took random pictures, stand around, did stupid things…

Guess whose who. lol.
Finally the time came for check-in. But only one room was ready, so everyone trooped into that room to rest abit. The moment they pulled down the beds and everything, i just plopped down to sleep, to tired to even bother if there’s hell loads of people still talking or hanging around. ROFL!
Just if you were wondering, 9 of us shared a room, while the other 5 (buddy’s gf’s uncle and family) took the room opposite ours. The room was quite big, so there were not much issues for sleeping or anything. Not like we gonna spend much time in the room anyway. But i love their toilet. Super big! With rain shower+normal shower head as well. Need one of those at home, though i still prefer the conventional adjustable and movable showerhead most of the times.

Soon, everyone slept as well. By the time we woke, it was time for dinner. Haha! Guessed everyone must have been pretty tired as well. Trooped down to a nearby eating house at Theme Park hotel area. Seems like not many people knew about it since its in such a secluded area. Never knew it existed as well. lol. Had our usual hawker fare type of dinner. Nothing much to rave about, pretty much normal. At least it didnt taste bad though.

We wanted to watch a movie, no good timings or tickets left, so we decided on bowling instead. But since the whole world was at genting as well, no more lanes too. sigh. But at least i ate my favourite ice cream though. Yum !
Baskin Robbins will always be my first love! <3 <3

After that, we went to the arcade to have a “workout”. haha! Gawd. the amount of tickets people collected from the games are pure craziness! And hey, i never knew there’s the arcade machine version of Cooking Mama. wtf!

Spent quite a long time at the arcade before we went to old town to grab a drink, or rather the boy wanted coffee. -.- And it’s back to the hotel for everyone. :D buddy’s gf little cousins went back to their room as well and i’m not sure how it started, but we ended up walkie-ing with them, singing “twinkle twinkle little star”. *sweatdrop*
And… it’s off the the casino! Took a while before we entered, as some of them needed to get their cards replaced, etc. The counter people were real s..l..o…..w….. Almost fell asleep waiting for them. lol. Tsk. Funny how all of them who replaced their cards have numbers behind their names. Guessed there must have been alot of people with the same name. Mine have no numbers! yay! unique! hurhur. Then again, my surname is not that common. heh. :X
Yea, so everyone went off on their own to play. The boy and i walked around, watched people, played a little. Hoho! i won a little money, then again i dont dare to bet much. Not much of a risk taker i guess, especially when it comes to money. lol. i’m stingy. :( Amazingly we lasted till almost 4-5am before we decide to call it quits and leave the casino. how time flies! FAST!
There were plans to go to the theme park early morning the next day but the boy and i doubt we could actually wake. Since its like 6am soon before we hit the sacks. lol. So we told the buddy in advance not to bother about us and just go off first if everyone wakes. lol.
and guess what, everyone really could wake. -.- *mutters* but then again, most slept early except for the few of us who were at the casino.. =X
