Over the weekend, we had this real mini birthday surprise for Mr Jungleboy. His actual birthday is today though but we celebrated earlier as today is a weekday and weekdays are hell boring to do anything when there is work for most of them the following day. :/
Yeah and so we lied to him we’re gonna have a car wash session like how we always do but instead this time we drove up directly to the 5th floor of the carpark. When he got out of his car, we immediately sang him the birthday song and gave him the cake. Bet he was surprised. haha! Well, he did admit later on, he totally didnt expect it. So yay! Surprise successfully executed! Whee!
The cake was this yummy apple strudel freshly baked in the early noons by Miss Toh. I want to learn how to bake too! I need a baking oven. :( *sniffs* The sister say the oven will explode. pft!
The boy and i bought this ps3 eyepet game for him and in order not to let him guess so easily when we hand him the present, we decide to wrap it up in the worst way possible….. hahahaha!!
With lots of masking tape, recycled box, plastic wraps and newspaper. rofl! Took him a while to remove the wrappers. teehee! Yea.. “Amazon AMK” and those little meows are drawn by the boy. :)
Andd…. as usual, the best way to end the night is by drinking beer! Yumm! Seems like we always end the night of birthday celebrations with beer. It’s a tradition i guess.

Finally had my favourite pig organ soup the other night with the boy. Uh then again, i dont take organs so i usually request for meatballs and lean meat instead. I just love the soup though. Always joke with the boy that i think they dont wash their soup pots which is why the soup is so tasty. haha! I hope im not right about that. :/
Actually we wanted to have this “curry scissors rice” at jalan besar but the shop was closed. FOL. Ya.. so we end up going to the pig organ soup place instead. haha! Drove past Balestier area on the way back and he asked me what was it that i was saying was good to eat as well. Shyte. Does anyone remember which bakuteh shop around that area is good. Everyone just kept telling me they remember there is good bakuteh along that stretch but no one remembers which stall exactly. FML. T_T

Random but that day when we bought Mr Jungleboy‘s birthday present, we ended up placing an order for this other cute game for ourselves. On the day of collection, they had this littlebigplanet game selling second hand, quite reasonable priced and the whole thing looks new so we ended up getting it as well. -_-;
so… tadah! We now have 2 new games. haha! Mr Jungleboy saw the cat game and now he wanted to get one as well. hahaha! Oh no, we are bad influence on one another.
I’m sure many people have tried little big planet by now so there is no need for me to review it. But for those who have yet to try the cat game, Toro! Let’s Party!, I think it’s quite a cute game and everyone should get one copy! It’s a party game where we can compete one another in those mini games. But you have to unlock the mini games by going through the story mode and clearing the game in the story mode before you can see them in the mini game. The story mode is quite long with many “episodes” to clear. So i’m sure it’ll take quite abit of time and the stories are quite interesting. Shows how mr kitty got to meet the rest of his friends. My only grouse is that some of the mini games are single player and i wonder why cant they be multi players, especially the car racing one. Would have been fun if i could race the rest of them.
My favourite is the bunny called Jun Mihara. And best of all, it’s pink! LOL! Wonder if there is the softoy version of that bunny, i’ll be sure to get it. Eeeeps! According to wiki, it says Jun is “an American-Japanese rose rabbit and a friend of the main character. Birthday: august 28th. Blood type: O. Favourite meal: curry and ramen. Skill: 2nd rank karaoke.”

Shall end off with this pic of my chicken cutlet noodles with extra extra chili from Ah Mei cafe. The boy and Mr jungleboy says im nuts. Considering how i complained the buffalo wings we ate was spicy but yet i can take so much chili for my noodles. Mr jungleboy thinks that my taste buds is spolit. :(
