strawberries and cream

Ever reached a point where you wish you could tell a friend off to stop being annoying or shut up? Many a times i have but then something stopped me, maybe cause knowing the friend (whoever it may be) will be upset, insulted, annoyed or throw a fit perhaps. So i think most of the times i end up doing nothing but just complain to the prettylady or the boy about the said person. Sigh.

Remember those days when we were younger, how we would just ask someone to stfu or just tell them in their face they are damn annoying? Oki, maybe you haven’t but i did. Remember making a couple of girls cry. Hence i always thought girls were the only petty ones, till i found out boys were pretty much alike too. Petty boys are like everywhere too! Met quite a couple of them.

But as i grew up, i learnt that sometimes we cant just tell people directly or they be offended. I guess as people grow up, they tend to be more sensitive too. Easily hurt by words. Or well at least those that i feel like telling off are like this. :/ And guess what, they are all guys! Heh. If you think you are one of them, you most probably are. But then again, i doubt they know they are annoying to me. I mean, is not that i dont like them as friends, just that some aspects of their characters are rather annoying to me. I know to one of them at least, some aspect of my character is rather annoying to him too. haha! I dont mind him telling me in the face about it cause i accept that’s my flaw, but i think if i were to tell him what i dislike about him, i bet he gonna be real defensive and upset. Bah! But then again, other then that partly part of him that annoys me, i think he is a rather an oki friend. so yeah. Guess i wont say much unless he annoys me badly, which is a different story by then. Rofl.

And random but the other day, the boy and i were talking about making new friends. Or rather i was the one commenting to him. Dont you guys feel as you grow older, its hard to make new friends. then again, maybe its just me.. like yet again. fml. My friends are mostly people whom i know since a long time ago. Not many new ones whom i can go out and have tea with. But, yah i mean there are such thing as colleagues to hangout with. But i always feel colleagues will somehow just remain as colleagues, hard to change status to become friends who can hangout on weekends and stuffs. Yeah sure, you may go out with your colleagues for dinners/drinks after work. But can you honestly call them your friends, friends whom you can rant or turn to if something happens to you. i doubt. :/

But then again, i kinda like the small circle of people whom i call friends. Not too many, not too little. Just comfortable.
